Unfortunately all anemones have the possibility of moving around.  Usually once they have established where they like it they will stay put but some like to wander all the time.  I recall reading an article by Charles Delbeek where he talked about the anemones in the tanks at the Wakiki aquarium.  Some would never move, some would occasionally move and some moved all the time.  Some liked being in high water flow while others like low flow.  Some liked very bright areas while others like less bright areas.  And these were all the same type of anemones.  So there really is no telling what an anemone will do in the tank until it is actually in the tank.

The anemones/clownfish releationship is very neat to watch in a tank, but with the possibility of a wandering anemone many times it is safer to leave them out of the tank.

Looks like the tank is coming along nicely.  Do you have a full tank shot (FTS)?
