Looking at fish today and trying to make up a list of what I want in my tank.

55 Gallon tank 48" L, 13" W, 17" D

Want to make sure these guys are compatable, Which to add first. Make sure it isn't too many for my tank etc.

3 Blue Cobra Guppy
3 Red Wag Platy
3 Boesemani Rainbow
8 Golden white cloud Minnow

This list isnt set in stone so if I'm way off base let me have it!

IMO those fish should all do fairly well with each other.  The bosemani rainbow fish will be the largest fish (full grown) in the tank but should not be an issue.

All of them are fairly hardy fish, so I don't think you will have any issue starting with any of them.  The golden white clouds may be a little more sensitive than the standard white coulds so you may want to add them later on.

Those fish would not overcrowd the tank and you can still add more afterwards if you wanted to.

HTH,

Thanks for the reply! Be awhile until I get the fish going but at least I have me a good starting point. So many cool fish out there. Takes awhile to research which ones will play nice.

There are some really cool fish out there...some of my favorites include the Praecox Rainbow (especially the males, I think they are also sometimes called dwarf neon rainbows), Harlequin Rasbora's and Rummynose Tetra's.
